Each Saturday night, the iconic Wintergarden Restaurant invites you to a five-course degustation dinner, rich with festive flavours and paired with standout Australian wines.

The hotel lobby and dining room will be beautifully adorned in festive decorations, while the windows reveal sweeping views of the misty Megalong Valley.
