Please note: Due to government restrictions around social distancing we are allocating max 90 mins per booking to ensure that we serve all guests in a safe and sustainable manner. Terms and Conditions:
Booking of 5 and under: A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to your booking. Please contact the hotel up to 48 hours prior to your booking date to avoid the associated charges.
Group bookings: For bookings of 6 or more people we will require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the expected bill total, this will be processed on the credit card supplied at the time of booking. A 7 day cancellation policy applies to your booking, please contact the hotel up to 7 days prior to your booking date to avoid the associated charges.
Cancellation charge: If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify you booking within the cancellation time, or do not arrive on your specified booking date then a full cancellation penalty of $75 will apply.
Please Note; when making a dinner booking on a Friday or Saturday night that the Wintergarden may be hosting entertainment events and by confirming your booking you accept that the Hydro Majestic will book entertainment at their discretion and that with your booking you may elect to choose a dinner and show package otherwise normal dinner service will conclude at 8pm.
